The Philly cheesesteaks were amazing! They were fresh, hot, cheesy, and delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful when we were ordering. We ordered a regular cheesesteak and a cheesesteak deluxe. We sat down and the food was delivered to us at our table!

EDIT 2: Been going here for a year now and a year later, this place is STILL AMAZING and consistent. So good. You should definitely grab food, head down to the water and enjoy an amazing meal. EDIT: I DID go back the next day and the wait was only 5 minutes. They were pretty slammed the first day and today was good. Tried the Philly fries, in addition to another sandwich and both were AMAZING. The cheese and bread they use on the cheese steak really makes the sandwich. I'll definitely be back and hope this place does well. I'm going back tomorrow! That being said, they're soft open, so be patient. They are hustling in there but it still took 14 min for one sandwich. The atmosphere is okay and they don't serve alcohol, but it's worth the wait. Grab a sandwich to go, walk down to the water, and have one of the best Philly cheese sandwiches you've ever had. See you tomorrow!

I stopped by this place while exploring Kirkland. I ordered Philly steak sandwich and bulgogi sandwich were both really great. The meat and vegetables were fresh and super flavorful. The amount of cheese was just right and blended really well with everything. Bread was super soft and melted in my mouth. I am definitely coming back the next time I’m in the area.

First time trying Philly Ya Belly and it was great. Got the plain cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms, PYB tenders, and garlic fries, everything was fresh and flavorful. The cheesesteak was just right and cheesy, the tenders were super crispy, and the garlic fries were addicting. Chill spot with friendly service, we’ll definitely be back.

SO GOOD!!! this might be my new favorite spot for a damn good sandwich. got the bulgogi cheesesteak and was so so impressed, the meat is juicy and tender and the bread is soft and delicious. the spicy mayo is also a MUST. i am an avid sauce enjoyer and i always appreciate a solid sauce selection. also super high quality ingredients, didn’t feel heavy or greasy on my sensitive stomach, great portion size with a bigger option available too. WOW WOW WOW can’t wait to try more menu items!!!!

Was doing some business in Kirkland and stumbled across this hidden gem! Spoke to a great worker named Edward(I hope that’s right), and his service was phenomenal. I got the bulgogi cheesesteak with fries and man was it wonderful. Had just the right amount of cheese and onions. I don’t leave reviews much but just had too! Will definitely be trying again next time I’m in the area

Good food with large portions. Fries were pretty good as well. Too bad they don't do refills.

Philly Ya Belly in Kirkland delivered a satisfying dinner experience with food that really stood out in quality and taste. The service was excellent, especially the cashier who was friendly and efficient throughout. One thing to note is the pay-before-you-eat system, which can feel a bit awkward, especially when asked to tip before receiving any service. But thankfully, the actual service didn’t disappoint. The interior could use a refresh, as it felt somewhat outdated, and the bathroom reflected the same. Street parking is available but can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day. On the plus side, the restaurant seems to take food safety seriously, which is always reassuring. Overall, it’s a casual spot with solid food and kind service that makes up for the older environment.
